This Privacy Policy explains how AGPPMPDM “Digital Dent” OOD (EIK 205569623), Yambol, Bulgaria (“Digital Dent”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data on the website digitaldent.bg and in our internal clinic application “DDent Mail”.

1. Who we are

Digital Dent is a dental practice in Yambol, Bulgaria. Contact: drskalidis@digitaldent.bg, phone 0700 800 78.

2. Website

When you contact us through the website, we collect only the data you give us (name, phone number, email address and your message). We use it only to answer you and to arrange an appointment. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

3. The “DDent Mail” application and Google user data

“DDent Mail” is a private, internal tool used only by the owner of Digital Dent to manage the clinic’s own email accounts. It is not offered to the public.

• What data it accesses: with the account owner’s explicit permission, the application reads email messages (sender, recipients, subject, date and content) in the connected Gmail accounts through the Gmail API.
• How the data is used: only to show the owner his own email in one place, to mark messages from selected senders as important, and to move unwanted messages to the trash when the owner decides so.
• Where the data is stored: the data is processed on the clinic’s own server in Bulgaria. It is not sent to any other company, except the processing needed by Google to provide the Gmail service.
• Sharing: we do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone. We do not use it for advertising.
• Human access: no person other than the account owner reads the data, unless the owner asks for it for security reasons or the law requires it.
• Deletion and revoking access: the owner can remove the application’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. The access keys stored on our server are then deleted.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by “DDent Mail” follows the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to limit or object to its processing, and to file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg). To use these rights, write to drskalidis@digitaldent.bg.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
